What is the HLA?
Harlem Launch Alliance is an incorporated public section (#989) of the National Association of Rocketry (NAR) based out of Grove School of Engineering at the City College of New York (CCNY).
We are open to high school and college students throughout the NY metropolitan area.
The HLA flies at METRA Rocket Club (Tripoli Prefecture #94).
OUR PROJECTS
The HLA's four main programs - Certification, Avionics, SRM (Solid Rocket Motors), and our Group Build are constantly developing and improving. Additionally, we have even more programs in the works, namely a Manufacturing and Hybrid Rocket Motor program.
